Cashout Restriction and RakeBack Percent are two very important things you should look at before you take on a bonus.

Cashout Restriction - This is what you must do before you can cashout. Often it's get 1000 points or play 2500 hands before cashing out. Some deals have little or no cashout restriction such as $10 Free at SunPoker(no cashout restriction) and $35 Free at VC Poker(1 raked hand cashout restriction).

RakeBack Percent - Rake is the money you pay to the pokerroom, rakeback is the money you get back from a pokerroom. So if you pay $100 in rake and get back $30, than that is 30% rakeback. There are actually deals where you get back more rake than you pay and those deals are called Poker Gifts or Deposit Bonus Plus Gift.
